- Labor for warranty repair of defective products
- Pick-up and delivery of product
- Monitoring use of product where necessary
- Billing of primary or secondary payer sources
- Rework of denied claims
- Product education to client
- Follow-up to update physicians (progress and compliance)
- User compliance reports
- Safety education to client
- Product and technology training for physicians and therapists
- Arrange for patient travel
- We provide one-on-one training for all customers
- Maintaining inventory in a new or near new condition (quality product)
- Cleaning of equipment
- On-time delivery and service
- Maintaining well stocked showroom for product selection
- Walk-in sales and service hours
- Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm
- Loaner products while client’s product is in for service
- Labor to build or assemble and test sophisticated mobility equipment
- Providing additional E tanks at no charge
- Instruction on equipment operation and safety to client, family and caregiver
- Provide oxygen conserving devices for client’s ease of portability of O2 with Doctor's prescription
- Providing equipment in special cases prior to being able to bill for them
- Accepting assignment (accepting a lesser payment rate than what is possible)
